Anish is a Senior Associate with a practice focused in dispute resolution matters specifically concerning company law disputes, insolvency and corporate resolution related to restructuring as well as employment and labor matters.
He regularly advises clients on strategy for handling high stake contentious matters concerning contractual issues, company law and employment and labor laws. He regularly represents clients before various courts and tribunals including various state High Courts and district courts, consumer dispute resolution forums and National Company Law Tribunals.
Anish has extensively dealt with complex arbitration matters specifically concerning the automotive industry.
As a special area of interest, Anish takes lead on Firm’s data privacy and protection practice.
