Anupriya is a Senior Associate with a focused practice in corporate and commercial dispute resolution and commercial advisory.
She has extensive experience in advising and representing multinationals and domestic clients on various contentious commercial and contractual matters including shareholder disputes, recovery of dues, contentious real estate matters, insolvency and winding up and white-collar crimes. She has represented the clients before various forums and tribunals including the Supreme Court of India, state High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal and various arbitral and mediation forums.
She regularly advises clients specifically in automotive and construction & infrastructure sector on wide variety on matters, including dispute and contractual matters. She has also been actively advising high net worth individuals on complex succession matters.
